What’s the delivery cost and time?
Free shipping for all purchases above $500 via courier (approximately 3 - 5 days shipping time). Signature required on delivery. Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries- if you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes you should contact your local customs office. All duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
Orders shipped internationally can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Do you accept exchanges and/or returns?
Dresses are made specifically for you so we cannot offer returns nor exchanges. We are happy to post fabric swatches to you and provide further images upon requested.
In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair. In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days (overseas buyers 18 days).
Are there locations that you do not deliver to?
If you live within 40km of one of our selected stockists, please note that we will not take orders of gowns that are available at their boutique. Otherwise, we deliver to most countries that Fedex delivers to.
How are the gowns packed?
Your gown will be packed into a plastic garment bag and folded and placed into our Love, Yu box. As the gown will be folded, please do bear in mind you may have to steam it before you wear it.
