What’s the delivery cost and time?

Free shipping for all purchases above $500 via courier (approximately 3 - 5 days shipping time). Signature required on delivery. Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries- if you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes you should contact your local customs office. All duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

Orders shipped internationally can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Do you accept exchanges and/or returns?

Customised pieces

Dresses are made specifically for you so we cannot offer returns nor exchanges. We are happy to post fabric swatches to you and provide further images upon requested.

In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair.  In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days in Singapore (overseas buyers 18 days).

We allow for exchanges or store credit on our ready to wear purchases subject to adherence to these terms.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment, you must contact yu@weloveyu.com to arrange your item to be returned.  Once confirmed we must receive your item within 14 days in Singapore  (overseas buyers 18 days).

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.  Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to exchange items within our specified timeframe. 

In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by us. However, in the event of a change of mind, then you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item and the purchase of the new.   

Are there locations that you do not deliver to?

We deliver to most countries that Fedex delivers to.

How are the gowns packed?

Your gown will be packed into a plastic garment bag and folded and placed into a box. As the gown will be folded, please do bear in mind you may have to steam it before you wear it.
